Access to the machine compute1

>ssh login@img-compute1

The softwares are on /usr/local and the script corresponding to each program has to be run (similar to what is done by the setxxx commands).

It might be best to write a script

#!/bin/csh
source /usr/local/phenix-1.10.1-2155/phenix_env.csh
phenix.refine ...

The data also have to be uploaded by ftp since our disks are not visible.
