Turn ON FR-X
Turn in-house FR-X OFF
Technical Room
Turn the tap on the main water inlet to the ON position.
Switch ON the main switch of the water cooling device in the engine room. Wait until the temperature is stabilized at 17°C.
Switch ON the nitrogen compressor in the technical room using the touch panel. After a 3 min idle wait, the pump should stabilize in 30 min. Wait for 1 h.
FR-X
Switch the main power source ON.
Reset and then switch ON at the back of the FR-X.
POWER ON on the FR-X main panel.
Start the Vacuum on the XG Control panel. Wait until vacuum is below 1.10E-4 (about 1h30).
Turn X-Rays ON on the XG Control panel. Wait 1-2h if it was down for a few hours (heating with generate gaz that may disrupt the vacuum if the level is not low enough). Wait overnight if it was down for a few weeks.
Start the AGING procedure. Short lasts 31 min. Then wait 1h30 for the beam to stabilize before data collection. Long lasts 6h.
Cryostream
Switch ON on the back of the device.
Cycle Start/Start For the first hour the temperature won't really decrease much. Final temperature should be around 100 K.
