Prepare loops

Clean loops with Tergazyme (make a 1% (w/v) solution) and place 30-60 min in the sonicator bath. Make sure to rinse properly with distilled water afterwards to removed residual proteolytic activity. The loops must then go through several washes of ddH2O to make sure all of the protease-based detergent gets removed.
